Our restaurant is eclectic-fine dining Tom Dinsmore, Chef/Owner of the Stone Hedge Inn, has compiled a menu of entrées designed to appeal to guests with a desire for traditional fare as well as those who indulge themselves in contemporary specialties. His evening menu consists of Angus filet of beef, locally farm raised mountain trout, succulent colossal shrimp served scampi style, and we are one of the very few restaurants in this locale to offer various preparations of veal. There is always a selection of fresh fish of the day and a featured chicken entrée. Where Tom really shows his culinary flare is in the contemporary entrées featured each week and seasonally. Quite frequently, these will be familiar fish, chicken or veal entrées with a uniquely prepared and superbly flavorful sauce, salsa or other accompaniment. Dinner is served Friday and Saturday evenings between six and nine. Sunday brunch is a pleasant experience in an unhurried atmosphere with each entrée prepared to order; and selections available for those interested in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Brunch is served noon until 2:30 pm.
